A father, struggles to deal with the grooming, abuse and molestation of his daughter, by his own father, as well as the isolation from his own family
I know your pain all to well. You are not alone, you are a amazing father you didn’t see the signs and why would you he is your Dad. I to lost all my family they sided with him. That was 27 years ago, I have 6 siblings 3 of which live about 5 minutes from me. At the time I had 3 kids to raise so it was a good distraction but still pain full. But there is a light at the end of the tunnel. And your right when you said that your family would sacrifice your daughter to protect your Dad. That’s what my family did. And the posting the Easter thing is their way of punishing by leaving you out of family gatherings in hopes that you will miss them enough to back down and retract everything which is what my family did. But you didn’t cave and that’s what makes you a great man . You don’t realize the message you are sending your Daughter. With God’s help you can heal that’s where my strength came from wouldn’t be here other wise. I hope you got justice. I suspect this has happened to your sisters and others. I’m not sure where you are in your healing but I hope things are starting to look a little brighter. You and your Daughter putting this out there is going to help a lot of people and also help her and your family heal. God bless You no the saying what ever is hidden will come to light.
